When a customer is looking for accessories on a wall display, or shuffling through clothing on a rack, do you know where their eyes are focusing, or why they’re adopting a particular stance? I do, and I can arrange your merchandise to match with this natural behaviour.

Behind the showroom’s gloss, I can also help with achieving greater sales from lesser stock levels, help with ways of clearing “dead” stock, and improve departmental profitability. Through better selling techniques, better ordering procedures (including ‘future-delivery’ items sometimes 18 months out), better size balance and gender balance, I can fine-tune your P&A, Rider Equipment, and Clothing departments.

Staff training

There are plenty of “sales process” training courses out there, and every few years the same stuff gets branded with a new and catchy acronym, hoping you'll think it's all worth re-doing. But none of these has the mix of inputs, knowledge, and in-store experience that I can bring to your staff.

 

I’m a trained Trainer by Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and in addition I’ve undertaken significant training from BMW Motorrad, and been trained by Mercury Marine.

Across the top of all of this are my own decades of experience in many motorcycle showrooms…selling, managing, and training sales staff.

 

From all of this experience, I have selected the best aspects, found what works in a dealership showroom, and created my own Staff Training Program.
